Ordinary dice are moulded and tumbled, which rounds the corners and leaves the pips as small drilled hollows. Both introduce bias. Precision dice are machined flat and square with razor edges, and every pip is drilled and then filled flush with material of the same density.

That flush fill is the part that matters and the part usually skipped. A hollow pip removes weight from a face; a six face has six of them and a one face has one, which biases the die measurably. Filling them level with identical material removes the bias entirely.

Tolerances run to within a few thousandths of an inch across every dimension. We can serial number each die, add your logo to the one face in place of the standard pip, and supply them in matched sets with the tolerance stated.
